inspired by nature
Since the beginning of time, many African cultures adorn accessories inspired by nature. All these accessories related and connected to stories in their daily lives not forgetting seasoned by nature itself.
In 2015, Anyango Omondi, a self-taught designer, started creating jewellery inspired by these old traditions. She uses Bones, Beads, Brass and stones in her unique creations evoking daily stories and the different seasons. This is how The brand Zanta Adeyde was created

Over the years the passion has grown by designing and creating pure leather handbags and bespoke accessories.
All items are proudly hand-made in Africa by a collective of young and expert craftsmen and women based in the Kibera slum. The brand directly supports more than twenty families with meaningful livelihood opportunities.
In 2020, during a global pandemic, the Zanta Adeyde brand finally found a home at The Village Market shopping mall, nested within the Gigiri Diplomatic District, Nairobi, Kenya.
